Husband and I went in yesterday to look at vehicles and was greeted by Cameron. After listening to all our needs and the price we had to stay in she showed us some vehicles that best fit our needs (she was very attentive to our needs). We went to several other dealerships and decided to go back to Donovan Auto and Truck Center today for the vehicle we wanted....from the start I liked how welcome she made me feel. From start to finish everyone treated us like family.

Mike Caster did an awesome job of not pressuring us to buy a truck. We felt very at ease and not rushed at all. He took his time explaining everything to us and made sure we understood things about our truck and made us feel welcome to come back with any questions anytime. Everyone was extremely helpful and courteous the entire time.

Tommy in the service department was excellent. He was very personable, he communicated well and in a timely manner and he seemed to really care about me as a customer. I can't say enough about his service and kindness!
Immediately when I pulled in I was greeted by a service associate (Tommy). Very friendly and listened to my concerns. I was in for routine maintenance (oil change & tire rotation). I have an issue of not warming up all the way and I didn't have an appointment for that problem. He politely says we will take a look at it but it could be a while. They were able to look at it and repair the problem in about 3 1/2 hours. Pretty good for not having an appointment. Great job Tommy, the service tech & Donovan! A+
Our family traded up our minivan here last week. I have to say, I was surprised. Dylan was very helpful and patient. The whole deal and transaction was more than fair and I didnât have to pull teeth to get the deal that I wanted. And, I knew if I had to walk away they wouldnât make me feel bad and kick me out.
